01. Software Charges is Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Rupees) plus 18% GST is Non-Negotiable and Non-Refundable.
02. Software Download Link will be emailed only after 100% payment confirmation in our below mentioned Bank Account.
03. License Details like (Name, Email ID, Mobile No, Address) will be registered and given on the name of Purchaser only.
04. License Date and Support Period starts from the Date of providing License for the 1st Hard-disk details.
05. On Purchase of Single License, 3 installations (1 + 2 free) on different Hard-disk Serial Number will be provided.
06. Two Free installations are provided for Hard-disk failure or Laptop change or New Laptop installation within One Year.
07. Registered License Details will be same for installation on all three (3) different Hard-disk Serial Numbers.
08. Software License is protected on Physical Hard-disk Serial Number, Once License given is Non-Transferable to different Hard-disk.
09. Extra charges of Rs. 5,000/- plus 18% GST each for Additional Installation on New Hard-disk on same License Details.
10. The software is compatible on Windows 7 based Operating Systems with Microsoft .NET Framework 4 prior loaded only.
11. We do not provide CDR, SDR or BTS / Tower Cell ID Details, it has to be provided by the Purchaser for monthly updates.
12. One Year Free Updates & Support (Email only) from the Date of Purchase will be provided on single registered Email ID only.
13. Yearly Renewal for Updates & Support (Email only) is Rs. 5,000/- plus 18% GST per License Details (3 Hard-disk installations).
14. Customer Support facility available and Remote Online Training will be provided from Mumbai with prior appointment only.
15. Free Software Tools mentioned above will be given on without guarantee, warrantee or any type of support basis.
